Peyton White Lumpkin
Peyton White Lumpkin is Of Counsel to Quinton & Paretti, P.A. Peyton represents commercial sellers, buyers, and developers of real estate, as well as lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. Her work with the attorneys at Quinton & Paretti includes real estate transactions for the firm’s auto dealer clients.
Peyton is a U. S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. She founded and chairs the Green Buildings Subcommittee of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law’s Construction Committee, and in 2009-2010 chaired the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Going Green Task Force, a program that provides guidance and education to Chamber leadership, members, and others regarding the institution of more sustainable practices, disseminates environmentally savvy information and promotes activism. Peyton was selected for inclusion on White & Case’s 2008 Pro Bono Honor Roll, and Florida Trend's 2009 Legal Elite. Peyton is a board member of the Orange Bowl Committee, and chair of their By-laws and Halftime Committees. Peyton is a graduate of Sweet Briar College (B.A.) Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D.), and Florida International University (Ph.D., Psychology). She is a member of the bar in Florida and New York.
